Thank you for visiting! My name is Rance Edwards. I’m husband to an awesome wife and father to a beautiful daughter; family is everything to me. I’m also a proud graduate of the PHCI health coaching program and currently operate out of Oklahoma City, OK.
Most of my life, I’ve been sick, depressed, anxious, overweight, and chronically inflamed. I felt let down by the medical system and was on the verge of falling apart; being on a long list of pills wasn’t very appealing or sustainable to me. Out of desperation, I turned to health podcasts and YouTube videos.
I’m relieved and grateful to report that I found the answers I was seeking. Based on the information I had uncovered, and the success others like me were achieving, I adopted animal-based eating habits and didn’t shy away from fats like I was taught growing up. I also dropped the carbs and started moving more outside.
My friends, family, and colleagues took notice when I essentially became a different person overnight! The cautious curiosity of others led me to share this lifestyle in ways that brought them better health.
I’ve always loved making others laugh and smile because their joy kept me going during both good times and tough times. When I realized I could do more for the people around me in a meaningful way that would last a lifetime, I officially became a health coach.
My work is a labor of love.
