Welcome

I created this coaching space with one goal in mind: to help people like you thrive in every dimension of health — physical, mental, emotional, and beyond.

The name Full Spectrum Human comes from my belief that health is never one-dimensional. We’re not just bodies, or minds, or emotions — we are all of these at once. To truly thrive, we must honor the whole spectrum of human experience.

My approach blends evidence-based strategies (rooted in behavior science, lifestyle medicine, and functional health) with compassionate, human-centered coaching. That means you’ll receive tools and insights you can trust, while also being met with understanding, encouragement, and respect for your unique journey.

As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and a Functional Mental Health Practitioner (FMHP™️) in training, I bring together the structure of science and the heart of coaching. My mission is to help you bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually living it out in your daily life.

I’d be honored to be part of this chapter of your growth. Together, we’ll focus not on quick fixes, but on building sustainable habits, meaningful shifts, and a healthier, more resilient version of you.

— Rance Edwards, NBC-HWC

Here’s what my clients have to say

Jovany E.

“I met Rance while I was at work. We talked about weight loss. I was at 279 pounds and in a lot of pain; my lower back, knees, and ankles. Really low energy. He said he'd help if I was interested. I said I'd like to give it a try. Within 6 months, I was down to 220 pounds, with no pain, and a ton of energy. The key for me was eating more meat and fasting. It was hard at the beginning, but once I got through the first 2 weeks, I knew I'd make it.”

Daniel M.

“Rance has been super knowledgeable and instrumental in making crucial changes in my eating and lifestyle habits. He takes an amicable and supportive approach to making better choices in the short term and maintaining a better lifestyle and diet for the long term.”

Erica D.

“I started working with Rance back in 2019 when he first started his personal training business. From day one, I could see how passionate he was about helping people strive to be the best versions of themselves. Aside from teaching me how to properly train in the gym, he also coached me on healthier eating habits. Habits that I still implement today! Over the next few years, he would not only become my mentor, but a lifelong friend! He changed the way I view working out and what it means to be healthy. Rance is the Real Deal Holyfield!”
