12 Week Lifestyle Overhaul

My 12-week program will teach you how to move, eat, sleep, and manage stress in a way that will prevent or relieve the symptoms associated with poor health and chronic disease. The program is geared towards parents seeking more energy, strength, mental clarity, and the tools and strategies to pass health down to their children and the generations after them.

What the next 12 weeks encompass:

- 1-hour initial health intake session where we discuss your lifestyle and what adjustments to make

- 2 x Week 30-minute check-in calls with me

- Optional monthly 1-hour education & intensive coaching call sessions

- 24/7 access to ask questions or comment through WhatsApp/Text

- Graphical resources (shopping lists, foods to incorporate, foods to eliminate, movement/exercise guides, etc)
