Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using fsh-coach.com, the Metabolic Symptom Troubleshooter (MST), or any services provided by Full Spectrum Human LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Description of Services

Full Spectrum Human LLC provides health coaching services, educational content (including the blog), the Metabolic Symptom Troubleshooter™ (a subscription-based clinical reference tool for health coaches and practitioners), an encouragement delivery service, and related resources.

Health coaching is provided by Rance Edwards, a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Coaching is not medical care, therapy, or nutritional counseling. For full scope-of-practice and medical disclaimers, see our Disclaimer.

User Accounts

The MST requires a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

MST License Terms

Your MST subscription grants you a personal, single-user, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Metabolic Symptom Troubleshooter™ for your own coaching or clinical practice. This license does not transfer ownership of any data, findings, clinical logic, or intellectual property contained in the tool.

The MST is intended for use by certified health coaches, practitioners, and allied health professionals who are at least 18 years of age. It is not designed for direct client or patient self-service.

In addition to the general prohibited uses below, MST users specifically agree not to:

• Share login credentials or allow others to access the tool through their account
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the clinical database, scoring algorithms, symptom-to-finding mappings, or protocol logic
• Use MST outputs, clinical mappings, session data, or any tool content to train, fine-tune, or build datasets for artificial intelligence or machine learning models
• Systematically copy, reproduce, or redistribute findings, protocols, or supplementation recommendations from the tool
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the MST

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, design, code, the MST™ clinical database, finding categories, symptom-to-finding mappings, protocol recommendations, and interface design—is the original proprietary work of Full Spectrum Human LLC and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, copy, scrape, extract, or otherwise transmit any content from this website without prior written permission. MST subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the tool for their own coaching or clinical practice only.

Blog content may be shared via the provided social sharing buttons or by linking to the original URL. Reproducing blog content in full on other websites is not permitted.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Use the MST for direct client or patient self-service (the tool is designed for practitioner use only)
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website or the MST
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services

Payment and Subscriptions

MST subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Coaching services are billed on a month-to-month basis at the rate agreed upon during your discovery call.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

The MST is a clinical reference tool, not a diagnostic instrument. Findings and recommendations are for educational and professional reference only. Full Spectrum Human LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the information provided.

Full Spectrum Human LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the MST or any other service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, service provider outages, and other factors may temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Spectrum Human LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Full Spectrum Human LLC, its owner, and its agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on this website or within the Metabolic Symptom Troubleshooter™ infringes your copyright, please contact us at rance@fsh-coach.com with a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the alleged infringement, and your contact information. We will investigate and respond in accordance with applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
